This was my seventh time seeing Jersey Boys and I enjoyed it as much as the first time! I used your service before with great success and this time was no different - great seats and no hassles.

I was initially worried because the e mail said the tickets would be sent by 8/23 and I was leaving on the 23rd of October and still had not gotten the tickets. I'm looking for four similar tickets for the July 14th WWE event at the Wells Fargo Center. When will they go on sale with you guys?

To whom it may concern, Last month I purchased 2 tickets through Prominent Tickets to see Matilda, the Broadway Musical on Saturday, June 15th. Yesterday morning when I packed my suitcase, I put the tickets in my suitcase and checked my bag. Unfortunately, the airlines left my bag in Austin. When I arrived in New York, I figured I could replace everything, except my $400 tickets. I called Prominent Tickets, panicked, and a lovely woman named Staci Freeman answered the phone. She completely helped me out and issued an email to me with e-tickets. Staci was courteous and thorough. I hope Staci is recognized for delivering fantastic customer service. The show was great and so were the seats!
After you guys came through with Jonas this past summer for my daughter, I have switched from Stub Hub and have never been happier!
By the way... a couple at the door ahead of us were denied access, due to duplicate tickets and "their seats" had already entered the venue.
She said "But I bought them on Stub Hub?" ...Thought you guys might like that ;)
